📋 Agreement to Terms

By visiting our website, contacting us through our form, or purchasing products at any Wyatt's Fireworks Stand location, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Wyatt's Fireworks Stand operates seasonal retail stands in Kingfisher, Watonga, and Geary, Oklahoma, open June 15 through July 6 each year.

🔞 Age Requirement for Purchase

Oklahoma law requires that customers be at least 18 years of age to purchase consumer fireworks. By completing a purchase at any of our stands, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

We reserve the right to request valid photo ID and to refuse sale to anyone who cannot confirm their age or who appears to be purchasing on behalf of a minor.

🎆 Fireworks Safety & Liability

Fireworks are legal consumer products in Oklahoma when used responsibly. By purchasing from Wyatt's Fireworks Stand, you acknowledge the following:

  • You accept full responsibility for the safe and lawful use of all purchased fireworks.
  • You will read and follow all manufacturer warnings and instructions on every product.
  • You will comply with all local, county, and municipal ordinances regarding fireworks use.
  • You will only use fireworks outdoors in a clear, open area away from structures, dry grass, and flammable materials.
  • You will keep children at a safe distance and supervise all fireworks activity.
  • You will have water or a fire extinguisher nearby when using fireworks.
  • You will never aim fireworks at people, animals, vehicles, or structures.

⚠️ Important: Wyatt's Fireworks Stand is not liable for any injury, property damage, or legal violations resulting from the use or misuse of products purchased at our stands. Consumer fireworks are inherently hazardous - use them carefully and responsibly.

🏛️ Local Laws & Ordinances

Fireworks regulations vary by city and county in Oklahoma. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws in your area before using fireworks. Some cities and municipalities may prohibit or restrict fireworks use even where they are legal for retail sale.

Wyatt's Fireworks Stand does not verify local use restrictions for customers. Check with your local city or county before shooting fireworks.

🔄 Sales, Returns & Exchanges

All fireworks sales are final. Due to the nature of pyrotechnic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once they leave our stand.

If you received a defective or damaged item that has not been used or opened, contact us within 24 hours of purchase at (580) 623-1100 and we will do our best to make it right.

Note: We are a seasonal business. Stands are open June 15 – July 6. Outside of these dates, we may have limited availability to address post-season concerns.

🤝 Fundraiser Program Terms

Schools, churches, and nonprofit organizations may apply to work fundraiser shifts at our stands. By participating in our fundraiser program, your organization agrees to:

  • Provide reliable volunteers for the agreed shift times and dates
  • Have all volunteers be at least 18 years of age, or be supervised by an adult chaperone
  • Follow all stand policies and staff instructions during shifts
  • Not remove, tamper with, or mishandle any inventory or cash

Fundraiser shifts are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact us early - slots fill up fast during peak season. Wyatt's Fireworks reserves the right to cancel or reassign shifts at our discretion.

This website is provided for informational purposes - to help customers find our locations, learn about our products, and get in touch with us. You may not:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce site content without permission
  • Submit false or misleading information through our contact form
