Oklahoma Fireworks Law Notice
Consumer fireworks, including bottle rockets under the Rocket's Red Glare Act (SB 1948, 2026), may be sold and used in Oklahoma under state law. State law sets minimum rules only. Cities, towns and counties can further restrict or ban the use of fireworks, and county burn bans can apply during dry conditions.
⚠️ Before you light: check your city's ordinances and any active county burn ban. Never discharge fireworks from or at a vehicle, or at or near people. This notice is general information, not legal advice.
Giveaway & Reviews
Our free-fireworks giveaway requires a $25 minimum purchase at the stand. One winner is drawn per stand, and winners must be present or reachable on drawing day. Reviews should reflect your honest experience; reviews are never required to enter, and entries never depend on leaving a review.
